Privacy
No accounts, no tracking, no ads, and nothing sold. Here is everything we do keep, and for how long.
What we don't collect
- No sign-up or login, ever.
- We don't store the blocks, transactions or addresses you look up.
- No advertising networks, analytics scripts or tracking pixels.
- No cookies that follow you.
- We never sell, rent or share data about you.
Feedback you send us
When you send feedback we keep the message, its kind (idea, problem or question), the page you sent it from and, only if you give it, your email address. We use them to read and answer your message, and for nothing else.
Each message is also emailed to us through Resend, our email provider, with your address as the reply-to when you gave one. We delete messages after 12 months. To have yours deleted sooner, ask us.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records standard access logs: IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser's user agent. We use them only to keep the site secure and fast, never share them, and rotate them regularly.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site for speed and protection against attacks, and sees each request on the way in.
- Resend delivers the email that tells us a feedback message arrived.
- Primal makes the wallet we take donations in. If you donate over Lightning to aquaowl11@
primal.net, your wallet talks to theirs to get the invoice.
Each follows its own privacy policy. Fonts are served from our own server, so no request goes to Google.
Bitcoin data is public
Every block, transaction and address shown here is already public on the Bitcoin chain, visible to anyone who runs a node. Looking one up here doesn't make it more public.
Questions
If you think we hold data about you, or want any of it deleted, send us a message.
